Note from Head Office

Maximum Number of Entries

As per Rule 3.8, event organisers must now advise Head Office how many entries their event can take and this number will be shown in a column on the Events page.  This will also show at the top of the actual events/entries page.  As entries come in, the number of remaining entries will decrease. When entries are 30 or less, the entries open tab will change to limited entries.

If the maximum number of entries is reached before close of entry date specified, the event will automatically close.

If you are in the middle of putting in an entry, or you have an entry sitting in your cart and the event closes, you will be prompted to notify Head Office.

If you wish to be put on the Waitlist, you must call Pat in Head Office on 045 854545 or email Pat you will not be able to enter online.  The reasons for this change are for safety, to avoid balloting at national events and to ensure entries are put in early.

If you wish to withdraw your entry, you will get a full refund if the withdrawal is BEFORE 12 noon on the official close of entries - this rule has not changed.

Please refer to Rule 3.18 Allocation of Entries from Waitlist for more information.

International Entries

The ERQI system will now be used in conjunction with MERs for riders wishing to compete at international events. It is recommended that your ERQI must be either Amber or Green at time of entry, not when you make an application.  Please refer to the International Applications and Entries process if you require further information.

If you have a Red ERQI when making an entry for a home international event, you will not be able to make the entry and will need to get permission from your High Performance Manager in order to compete.  Head Office will be notified if you have obtained approval.

Memberships and Registrations

Please ensure you have memberships and registrations completed prior to your entry.  Head Office is CLOSED on Saturday and Sunday so emails sent during that time will be answered on Monday.  Please remember you must pay for your membership and registrations first before you can make an entry.  (You cannot pay for your membership and an entry at the same time).
