All training events must have the attached form completed and approved before being published on the website

This form should be completed by non-members wishing to attend training days or 'Try Eventing' days organised by the Eventing Ireland (Northern Region). This form should be sent with an entry form. This form should not be used for any other applications other then training. If a Day ticket is required to enter a one-day event please complete the Day Ticket form which in downloads.
