Will members please note the following change to Rule 15 Horses, effective from 1 July:
15 Horses
Points will be awarded to horses according to their placing and the number of starters in the dressage in all events (One and Three Day) including those confined to Young Riders and Juniors. Points will not be given to any athlete competing in EI105, EI100, EI90 and EI80 (T) classes.
Horses may compete across a number of classes according to the number of points they hold. The grade of a horse will determine which class they can compete:

Horses with more than 10 points may compete at EI80 (T), EI90, EI100 as Hors Concours (HC). See Rule 3.21.
If a combination can be approved for a 4* CI, having met all FEI and EI MER requirements yet do not have 51 points, they may apply, in writing only, to Head Office in order to compete in a national EI120 class.
If a combination can be approved for a 3* CI, having met all FEI and EI MER requirements yet do not have 11 points, they may apply, in writing only, to Head Office in order to compete in a national EI115 class.
