As per February’s AGM and other Board news items, you will be aware that Eventing Ireland has a legal requirement to move from being a Company Registered with the Friendly Society to a Company Limited by Guarantee. As such, we are in the process of updating our Constitution (which hasn’t been updated since 2013) to reflect the changes this will have on the governance principles of Eventing Ireland.
In order for our members to have their say in the proposed constitutional changes, we are inviting you to an online meeting on Wednesday 4 October starting at 8pm. A final version of the Constitution will be ratified at the next AGM in February 2024 (date to be confirmed).
