International Day Tickets - Note from British Eventing
Posted in News 10/08/2009 15:20:27
British Eventing is pleased to announce that, with immediate effect, it will be offering all foreign riders not resident in the UK the facility to purchase International Day Tickets.
International Day Tickets allow foreign riders already visiting the UK to compete in a major International event, the opportunity to compete in up to two CNC2* or CNC3* competitions prior to the international competition. Foreign riders wishing to compete in lower level classes may enter through the current BE Day Ticket system.
Riding on International Day Tickets enables the rider and horse the opportunity of a run under BE rules, prior to their International competition, with the added bonus of insurance cover for the day. Riders will also be supplied with a BE Rule Book.
Ticket Cost
International Rider's Day Ticket - £30
Riders may compete any number of horses; however they may only compete each horse twice.
International Horse Day Ticket - £20 per horse
Each International Horse Day Ticket allows one run at Intermediate or Advanced level. Horses may have a maximum of two tickets.
How to apply
Riders must complete an online free Lifetime Registration for themselves and each horse they would like an International Day Ticket for. This is done on British Eventing
Once this process is completed they need to telephone the BE office to purchase the International Day Tickets for horse and rider. Riders will need to tell the BE office at which events they intend to compete.
Riders will be required to produce a performance record for each horse and a copy of the horse's passport. These can be faxed or emailed to the office.
