Forms
Underage Rider Forms – Complete Underage Rider forms online: Parental Consent, XC Competency, EI110 Upgrade Assessment
Medical Contact Form – To be completed by each Athlete at every national Event
Change of Ownership Form – For changes of ownership on the EI database – for horses who are already EI registered. NOT to change ownership in an animal’s passport
Horse Downgrading Form – Horses who have not won any points under Eventing Ireland rules in the current and preceding two years may be downgraded
XC ERQI Form – XC Competency Form for combinations being assessed after a red ERQI at EI90 level. For underage athlete competency forms, please see Underage Athlete Forms
Syndicate Application Form – to set up a new ownership syndicate via nominated contact
Other
Eventing Ireland Shop – to pay a Change of Ownership or Horse Downgrade fee. (You will be asked to log in before you can access the shop.)
