BIB NUMBERS
You must collect your bib numbers from the Event Secretary. Do not print your own bib numbers.
MEDICAL CONTACT FORM
All Athletes MUST complete the Medical Contact Form. In case of an accident, this allows an athlete’s contact on site to be contacted immediately and without unnecessary delays. Athletes must attend the Secretary’s office upon arrival on site to hand in or complete the form. Athlete contact form can be completed and submitted online HERE. Once you have completed it, you will receive a PDF via email. Please print this and bring it to the secretary’s tent as soon as you arrive on site.
Forms will be destroyed at the end of each event.
SHOW JUMPING
There will be one Show Jumping arena in operation, with courses as follows:
White Numbers – EI110s, CT115s and CT120s
Black Numbers – EI100s, EI90s and EI80s
Wherever possible, please could multiple riders show jump between dressage tests.
CROSS COUNTRY
Cross country starts at 12.30pm and runs in strict numerical order, apart from multiple riders who may ride of order where necessary. Please could all riders be prompt to the start box so as not to cause delays.
